  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 6 ounce(s) cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon(s) milk
  • 1 tablespoon(s) onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt

Avocado & Cream Cheese Dip Directions

  1. Cut avocado in half lengthwise; remove the seed, scoop out the pulp and reserve the shell.
  2. Mash the pulp, add the cream cheese, milk, minced onion, lime juice and salt and mix well.
  3. Spoon or pipe the puree into the avocado shell and put to chill.

    To Serve: Serve with banana, plantain, potato or breadfruit chips.
