Heat skillet over medium heat and add Grace Vegetable Oil.
Add onion, scotch bonnet pepper, sweet pepper, diced tomato and saute for about one minute.
Mix in the sliced Grace Chicken Frankfurters and the salt fish and cook for two minutes.
Fold in the sliced cabbage and the ketchup and cook for five minutes until tender but crunchy.
To Serve: Serve hot with fried bammy, roast breadfruit, boiled yam/banana, boiled rice or other accompaniment of your choice.
