  • 6 medium eggs
  • 1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup(s) shrimp/ham/beef/chicken, cooked
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Margarine
  • 1 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Grace Caribbean Traditions Black Pepper
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) paprika

Easter Egg Special Directions

  1. Hard boil eggs and cut them into halves or quarters.
  2. Grate cheese coarsley. Cut shrimp or meat into bite size pieces.
  3. In a saucepan, melt Grace Hello Margarine, then blend in flour, salt and Grace Caribbean Traditions Black Pepper; allow to heat until mixture bubbles.
  4. Add milk gradually, stirring continuously until sauce thickens.
  5. Add cheese stir until it melts then add eggs, shrimp/ham/beef/chicken, heat through.

    To Serve: Place mixture atop rice or in toast cups, sprinkle with a touch of paprika.

    Method Note: Toast Cups - place bread in muffin tins and bake until golden brown.
