Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet and use to saute garlic, onion, escallion, curry powder, green scotch bonnet pepper sauce and diced sweet peppers.
Mix in the thinly sliced chicken frankfurters, Grace Cock Soup Mix and boiling water and bring to a boil.
Fold in the boiled rice and whole kernel corn and toss well.
Serve with stir fried vegetables and a drink.
