  • 1 tablespoon(s) Grace Margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Grace Caribbean Traditions Curry Powder
  • 1/4 medium oregano
  • 1 medium onion, cut into rings
  • 1 small sweet pepper, julienne
  • 2 teaspoon(s) mango chutney
  • 4 whole Grace Frankfurters, shredded
  • GARNISH:
  • 1 medium tomato, cut in wedges
  • 2 sprig(s) parsley

Curried Grace Franks Stir-Fry Directions

  1. In a large skillet heat Grace Hello Margarine until it melts, add Grace Caribbean Traditions Curry Powder and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add oregano, onion rings, sweet pepper, mango chutney and Grace Frankfurters.
  3. Stir for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

    To Serve: Serve with cooked elbow macaroni or spaghetti.

    Serve on a platter, garnished with tomato wedges and the sprig of parsley.
