In a large skillet heat Margarine until it melts, add Grace Caribbean Traditions Curry Powder and stir until dissolved.
Add oregano, onion rings, sweet pepper, mango chutney and Grace Frankfurters.
Stir for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
To Serve: Serve with cooked elbow macaroni or spaghetti.
Serve on a platter, garnished with tomato wedges and the sprig of parsley.
