Cream together sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
Mix in the molasses, honey, eggs and vanilla.
Combine the dry ingredients and fold into the sugar mixture in three parts alternately with the milk.
Add lime juice to the crushed bananas and fold the mixture into the batter.
Spoon or scrape the mixture into greased muffin cups and bake at 190°C (375°F) until brown for about 12-15 minutes or until done.
