  • 1 1/4 cup(s) whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Roma Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 cup(s) Grace Instant Oats
  • 3/4 cup(s) chopped prunes
  • 1/4 cup(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup(s) honey

Cocoa Prune Muffins Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F. Lightly grease muffin tins.
  2. In a bowl sift flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and Roma Cocoa. Stir in Grace Instant Oats and chopped prunes.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients and add to the dry ingredients stirring quickly.
  4. Spoon batter into muffin tins and bake until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
