  • 1 tablespoon(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 3 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) scotch bonnet pepper, deseed, chopped
  • 4 ounce(s) carrots, julienne
  • 2 ounce(s) onion, chopped
  • 4 ounce(s) green sweet pepper, julienne
  • 4 ounce(s) red sweet pepper, julienne
  • 1/2 cup(s) water or stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Grace Caribbean Traditions Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 packet(s) Grace One Pot Seasoning- Cock Flavour
  • 2 packet(s) Grace Elbow Pasta
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) thyme leaves

Pasta (elbow) Primavera Directions

  1. In a saute pot add Grace Vegetable Oil and sweat garlic and scotch bonnet pepper for 1 minute.
  2. Add vegetables and saute for another 1 minute.
  3. Add 1/2 cup water or stock, Grace One Pot Seasoning-Cock Flavour, mix well and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Reduce flame to low, add Grace Elbow Pasta, mix well cover and allow to heat through for about 5-10 minutes.

    Method Note: Sweat - the gentle heating of cooking coarsley chopped vegetables or other foods covered and cooked in little fat (oil, butter).
