  • 2 packs Grace Ham Dices
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 1 packet(s) Grace Spiral Pasta, cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 oz Anchor Butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks escallion, chopped
  • 1 sachet Grace All Purpose Seasoning
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 oz cooking cream
  • 16 oz Anchor Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Oregano Flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Black pepper
  • 1 can (430g) Grace Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 medium red, green & yellow sweet peppers, chopped

Creamy Diced Ham Pasta Supreme Directions

  1. Heat the Grace Vegetable Oil and sauté Grace Ham Dices. Set aside.
  2. Melt butter in medium sauce pan. Sauté garlic, onion, escallion and Grace All Purpose Seasoning. Add sautéed Ham Dices, milk, cooking cream, half of the shredded cheese, oregano flakes, salt and black pepper over medium heat. Mix well until thickened.
  3. Fold in corn and sweet peppers with pasta; gradually stir to combine for a few minutes.
  4. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Serve immediately.
  5. Serving Tip: Serve with a garden salad
