Cook spaghetti following the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.
Heat Grace Vegetable Oil, saute garlic, ginger, onion, cabbage, carrot, frankfurters, sweet peppers and celery.
Combine water, chicken seasoning, tomato ketchup and soy sauce.
Pour mixture over vegetables and bring to a boil.
Reduce flame and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Add kidney beans, okras and pasta and allow to heat through for 3 more minutes.
To Serve: Serve hot with your accompanying salad.
Method Note: Julienne - to cut into thin strips.
