Place a pan with water over medium flame. Fit a glass bowl with the margarine over the sauce pan. Add unsweetened chocolate and continue mixing until all the chocolate has melted (about 10 minutes) and allow to cool.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add Grace Instant Chocolate, sugar, vanilla and whisk.
Combine sweetened mixture to the chocolate mixture.
Combine 1lb flour, baking powder and salt; fold into the chocolate mixture.
Add remaining 1/4 lb flour to the semi sweet chocolate chips and the peanuts and mix to coat.
Fold floured chocolate and nut mixture into the chocolate mixture.
Scrape onto a sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Allow to cool and then cut into squares.
Method Note: To decorate - Sift icing sugar over the chocolate squares and decorate with lime leaves and cherries.
