- Combine Grace Cock Soup Mix and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. 
- Add Grace Rice, onion, sweet pepper, tomato, garlic and Grace Green Scotch Bonnet Hot Pepper Sauce. 
- Cook until water is completely absorbed and rice grains are tender. 
- Stir in the Grace Whole Kernel Corn and mixed vegetables, if used, then Grace Corned Beef and cover. 
- Cook for a further 3 minutes, then toss with a fork. 
- Add garnish (carrots and escallion), stir in and serve hot.
 
 Ingredient Note: Grace Cock Soup Mix may be substituted with Grace Pepperpot Soup Mix.
