Recipe

  • 3 cup(s) water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 pound(s) yellow yam
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Margarine

Riced Yam Directions

  1. In a pot bring water to a boil, add salt.
  2. Peel yam, add to boiling water and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Remove from flame and drain.
  4. Place yam into a ricer and process, then mix in the Grace Hello Margarine to combine.

    To Serve: Serve warm with your favourite protein dish.
