  • 3 tablespoon(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 3 large eggs, whisked
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can(s) Grace Corned Beef, flaked
  • 1/4 cup(s) carrot, diced
  • 1/4 cup(s) green and red sweet peppers, chopped
  • 3 stalk(s) escallion, chopped
  • 1 can(s) Grace Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 1 cup(s) Grace Rice, cooked
  • 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) all purpose seasoning

Grace Corned Beef Fried Rice Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. Grace Vegetable Oil. Pour in the whisked eggs and scramble.  Remove eggs and set aside.
  2. Add remaining 2 Tbsps. Grace Vegetable Oil to the skillet and saute ginger, garlic, onion, Grace Corned Beef and toss well.
  3. Add diced carrot, green and red sweet peppers, escallion and Grace Whole Kernel Corn and toss well.
  4. Add cooked rice, scrambled eggs, soy sauce and all purpose seasoning and toss well.

    Serve immediately.
