  • 1 slice bread
  • 1 can Grace Sardines
  • 1 egg fried
  • 1/4 cup Grace Vinegar
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1/2 sweet pepper diced
  • 1 sprig(s) thyme chopped
  • 1/2 scotch bonnet minced
  • 1 tsp Grace Hot Pepper Sauce

Grace Pick up Sardines and Eggs on Toast Directions

  1. Toast the bread
  2. Cook egg in any way you desire
  3. Mix together in a bowl the onions sweet pepper scotch bonnet, Grace Hot Pepper Sauce, thyme and vinegar
  4. Place Grace Sardines into mixture and allow 10 minutes to marinate
  5. Place egg on toast and top with marinated sardines saving excess marinade as a dipping sauce
  6. Serve immediately
