Grace Fish and Meat Sauce

Grace Sweet and Spicy Hot Pepper Sauce

Grace Scotch Bonnet Hot Pepper Sauce

green plantains
1
small onion cut in slices
2
tbsp
diced sweet pepper
1
stalk
chopped escallion
1/2
small diced tomato
1
sprig(s)
thyme
2
cloves
chopped garlic
Diced yellow and green scotch bonnet pepper to taste
Grace All Purpose seasoning to taste
Black pepper to taste
Pinch of Salt
Grace Full-Country Mackerel Special with Pressed Plantain Directions
Grace Full-Country Mackerel
Add 1 tbsp oil to coat the pan
Add fresh seasoning and sauté
Add Grace Premium Mackerel in Tomato Sauce and crush with wooden spoon
Stir with sautéed seasoning
Add a pinch of black pepper and Grace All Purpose Seasoning for additional flavour
Add Grace Sweet and Spicy Hot Pepper Sauce and Grace Fish and Meat Sauce
Simmer for 2 minutes
Add thyme leaves and stir
Serve with pressed plantain and garnish with sliced tomatoes and cucumber
Hansle’s Pressed Plantain
Slice plantain into thin strips and sprinkle with salt
Heat oil in the pan
Fry plantain on both sides
Remove plantain from the pan and press in between the plantain skin until flat
Place pressed plantain back in oil and fry until golden brown
Remove from pan and place on paper towel
Serve with Grace Aloe Vera Drink
