Combine baking flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper and dill and mix well.
Use a dough blender to cut the margarine into the dry mixture until it look like coarse breadcrumbs; fold in the shredded cheese.
Whisk together the eggs and milk.
Make a well in the centre of the dry mixture and add the liquid. Mix until just moistened.
Scrape batter into a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan and bake at 190°C (375°F) for one hour. Remove from the loaf pan and place on a cooling rack for about 15 minutes.
Note: Your finger tips may be used in place of a dough blender.
