- Heat Grace Vegetable Oil in a skillet and use to saute chopped scotch bonnet pepper and onions until cooked. 
- Mix in ketchup and water and allow to simmer.  Add tomatoes, frankfurters and salt and toss well. 
- Cover and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
 
 Serve for breakfast with roti or fried dumplings.
