Heat Grace Vegetable Oil in a skillet and use to saute chopped scotch bonnet pepper and onions until cooked.
Mix in ketchup and water and allow to simmer. Add tomatoes, frankfurters and salt and toss well.
Cover and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve for breakfast with roti or fried dumplings.
