  • 1/4 cup(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 2 medium onions, cut in rings
  • 3 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium green sweet pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 medium red sweet pepper, cut in strips
  • 1/4 cup(s) carrots, diced and blanched*
  • 6 whole Grace Frankfurters, cut in rounds
  • 2 dozen(s) Ackees, cleaned and boiled
  • 2 teaspoon(s) black pepper

Frankfurter Breakfast Scramble Directions

  1. Heat oil in frying pan. Saute onion, garlic, sweet peppers and carrots for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add frankfurters and ackee.  Sprinkle with black pepper and toss lightly.

    Serve immediately with your favourite starch(es)
