  • 4 whole Grace Chicken Frankfurters, frozen
  • 1/2 medium white cabbage
  • 1/2 medium purple cabbage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 stalk(s) escallion
  • 1 medium green sweet pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 1 can(s) Grace Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper

Grace Frankfurter & Vegetable Pockets Directions

  1. Shred the frozen Grace Chicken Frankfurters and the cabbage, chop onion and escallion, cut the pepper in strips and set aside.
  2. Heat the Grace Vegetable Oil, saute onion and escallion.
  3. Stir in the shredded Grace Chicken Frankfurters and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Fold in the cabbage and strips of pepper and continue stirring.
  5. Drain the Grace Whole Kernel Corn and stir into the mixture; add salt and black pepper.

    To Serve: Serve on a thin roti and roll up to form a log or serve in a pita bread slitting the top to form a pocket.
