Scoop a small amount into palm of your hand knead and flatten.
Place pre-cooked pasta in the centre and fold, forming into a drum stick.
Roll into bread crumbs, coating well. Fry in hot Grace Vegetable Oil, constantly turning until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Brush fried drummies with Grace Tomato Ketchup.
To Serve: Serve on a bed of lettuce
