  • 1 pound(s) minced beef
  • 2 small onions
  • 3 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Grace Fish and Meat Sauce
  • 3 teaspoon(s) thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Grace Caribbean Traditions Black Pepper
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/2 cup(s) breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup(s) callaloo, chopped
  • 1 packet(s) streaky bacon

Beef and Callaloo Loaf Directions

  1. Combine thoroughly the first eight (7) ingredients.
  2. Add beaten eggs and breadcrumbs, mix in the callaloo.
  3. Spoon and press into a greased loaf pan or dish. Overlap pieces of Grace Streaky Bacon vertically on top of the loaf.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees C/350 degrees F until done.

    Serve Note: To be served with crisp vegetable salad, your favourite pasta and a refreshing Grace Juice.
