  • 1 cup(s) counter flour
  • 1 cup(s) Grace Cornmeal
  • 1 packet(s) Grace Coconut Milk Powder
  • 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/2 cup(s) Margarine
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 cup(s) whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence

Grace Corn Bread Directions

  1. Combine flour, cornmeal, Grace Coconut Milk Powder, sugar and baking powder; mix well and set aside.
  2. Melt the margarine and allow to cool.
  3. Combine melted margarine, egg, whole milk and vanilla and whisk lightly.
  4. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
  5. Scrape batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180°C/350°F for 20-30 minutes.

    Recipe Note: 1/2 - 1 cup Grace Hello Margarine may be used.
    To Serve
    : Serve with slices of cheese; or can be topped with grated cheddar cheese or some shredded Grace Chicken Frankfurters.
    Yield: 1 loaf
