Empty the contents of the Earth Chef Veggie Mince Beef into a bowl and add the contents of the seasoning package.
Pour on the boiling water, stir, cover and leave to rehydrate for ten minutes.
Heat sauce pot and add Grace Vegetable Oil. Add the chopped garlic, escallion, onion, sweet pepper and tomatoes and saute for about two minutes.
Mix in the Grace Tomato Juice, Grace Tomato Ketchup, scotch bonnet pepper and oregano and allow to simmer for about five minutes.
Arrange boiled and drained Grace Spaghetti into serving bowls and spoon on the bolognaise sauce.
Top with grated cheese, if used, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
To Serve: The dish may be served with French bread and tomato slices.
