Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and mix well.
Cover and put to chill for 30 minutes
Serve in individual breadfruit moulds.
To Make Breadfruit Moulds:
Line a ladle with six or eight overlapping layers of breadfruit strips. Use a second ladle to firmly hold the breadfruit strips together.
Submerge both ladles in the heated vegetable oil and fry until lightly browned.
Drain on absorbent paper.
