  • 1 packet(s) Grace Spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Margarine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 stalk(s) escallion, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 2 teaspoon(s) scotch bonnet pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) Grace Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup(s) chicken stock
  • 1 can(s) Grace Hot and Spicy Mackerel in Tomato Sauce
  • 4 ounce(s) cheddar cheese, shredded

Quick Hot and Spicy Mackerel with Spaghetti Directions

  1. Boil Grace Spaghetti according to instructions on package.
  2. Heat Grace Hello Margarine in a skillet, add chopped onion, escallion, diced tomatoes, finely chopped scotch bonnet pepper and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add Grace Tomato Ketchup, stock and Grace Mackerel in Tomato Sauce and stir well. Remove from flame.
  4. Arrange boiled spaghetti on a plate, spoon on the mackerel mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

    Recipe Note: Chicken Stock may be made by dissolving 1 packet of Grace Chicken Noodle Soup Mix in 2 cups boiling water. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, stir, strain and use as directed.
