Heat oil in a medium sized pot
Sauté onions garlic scallion and Grace Gungo Peas
Add Grace Coconut Milk and let simmer until peas soften
Remove from heat and blend on high until smooth
Place back on heat and let simmer
Add scotch bonnet pepper, salt, and Grace All Purpose Seasoning
Let simmer an additional 10 minutes
Add water if too thick and serve immediately
