Combine water and salt and use to wash the cauliflower and broccoli.
Blanch in enough boiling water to cover for about 30 seconds, drain and set aside.
Heat skillet and add the Grace Vegetable Oil and the Grace Hello Margarine.
Add the onion and saute for about 30 seconds. Add the blanched vegetables and parsley and mix well.
To Serve: Serve warm.
