  • 12 ounce(s) Fish, fillet
  • 1 teaspoon(s) fish seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 2 ounce(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 pound(s) all purpose flour

Pan Seared Fish Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl add fish, fish seasoning, salt and pepper.  Stir to ensure that all the seasoning is properly distributed.
  2. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. In a non-stick saute pan, add oil and heat over medium flame; lightly flour the fish and place in the oil.  Sear both sides until golden brown.  This should take about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove and place on paper towel to remove excess oil.

    To Serve: Serve with Scotch Bonnet Beurre Blanc.
