In a frying pan, heat Grace Vegetable Oil and saute onion, garlic and escallion.
Add Grace Pepperpot Soup Mix and water and stir.
Add saltfish and stir in the Grace Fresh n' Ready Cabbage and Grace Fresh n' Ready Carrots and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the Grace Fresh n' Ready Sliced Sweet Peppers, tomato, Grace Green Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce and salt, and heat through.
Adjust seasonings and serve with your favourite starch.
To Serve: Garnish with escallion tops and serve immediately.
