  • 1/2 pound(s) salt fish, boiled, deboned, flaked
  • 1 small green sweet pepper, julienne
  • 1 medium onion, cut into rings
  • 2 small tomatoes (plum)
  • 1/4 cup(s) Grace Margarine
  • 2 can(s) Grace Butter Beans
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Grace Tomato Ketchup

Saltfish and Grace Butter Beans Directions

  1. Boil, de-bone and flake saltfish.
  2. Cut sweet pepper in strips, slice onions, and cut tomatoes in wedges.
  3. Heat Grace Vegetable Oil in a frying pan.
  4. Saute sweet pepper, onion and tomatoes, then stir in saltfish.
  5. Add Grace Butter Beans, garlic powder and Grace Tomato Ketchup to saltfish mixture.
  6. Heat thoroughly then remove from flame.
