Place corned beef in a bowl. Add the chopped onion, garlic, escallion, scotch bonnet pepper, Irish potato and black pepper.
Use a fork to flake the corned beef and mix to incorporate all the ingredients.
Heat Grace Vegetable Oil in a large skillet and add the seasoned corned beef mixture and stir well.
Mix in the Grace Tomato Ketchup and Fish and Meat Sauce and allow flavours to develop for about 2 minutes.
Plate and serve garnished with diced red and green sweet peppers.
