  • 1 can(s) Grace Corned Beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) escallion, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) scotch bonnet pepper, chopped
  • 4 cup(s) Irish potatoes, diced and blanched
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) Grace Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Grace Fish and Meat Sauce

Grace Corned Beef Hash # 2 Directions

  1. Place corned beef in a bowl.  Add the chopped onion, garlic, escallion, scotch bonnet pepper, Irish potato and black pepper.
  2. Use a fork to flake the corned beef and mix to incorporate all the ingredients.
  3. Heat Grace Vegetable Oil in a large skillet and add the seasoned corned beef mixture and stir well.
  4. Mix in the Grace Tomato Ketchup and Fish and Meat Sauce and allow flavours to develop for about 2 minutes.
  5. Plate and serve garnished with diced red and green sweet peppers.
