- 6 whole chicken breasts
- 1 cup(s) Grace Jerk Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup(s) flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
Oven Baked Barbecue Chicken Directions
- Add chicken to Grace Jerk Barbecue Sauce, allow to marinate for 1 1/2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Mix bread crumbs, flour and paprika.
- Roll chicken in bread crumbs mixture.
- Place on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C (375°F) until done.
