Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
Chop onion, mince garlic and peel shrimp.
Melt margarine in a skillet and saute onions for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic, mixed herbs and shrimp. Saute 2-4 minutes or until shrimp are almost cooked.
Add Grace Evaporated Milk and sherry to taste. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes over medium heat until sauce thickens.
Add pasta to pan and toss well.
To Serve: Serve immediately.
Method Note : Saute - to cook briefly over high heat.
