Bake ham as instructed.
In a saucepan over low heat, heat the marmalade until syrupy in consistency, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
Remove from heat and gently blend in orange peel, orange sections, banana slices and lime juice. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and vinegar and use to brush over the ham. Return ham to oven and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes.
Method Note: When ham is completely baked, remove from oven, place on a plate and then spoon mixture around the ham.
