Clean and wash fish in a solution of vinegar and water.
Season fish fillets with salt, black pepper, and chopped garlic. Set aside.
Combine flour and baking powder and coat fish fillets. Shake off excess flour.
Heat Grace Vegetable Oil in a skillet and lightly fry fillets until golden brown.
To Make Sauce
Bring Grace Orange Juice to a boil, add grated ginger and cornstarch mixture. Stir and add Grace Hello Soft Margarine and stir until margarine has dissolved.
TO SERVE: Serve fish fillets with Orange Sauce and garnish with orange slices.
Serve with steamed Grace Long Grain Rice, dasheen, breadfruit or yam.
