Spicy Bun and Butter Pudding Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Cut the bun into thin slices and butter each slice.
Grease a loaf pan and layer slices of bun in it. In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, vanilla, nutmeg, sugar and eggs together and mix well.
Pour this mixture over the bun and stand for 1/2 an hour. Bake for about 45 minutes.
To Serve:
Top with jam and serve at room temperature.
