Cut and trim chicken wings, then place them in a bowl.
In another bowl, blend together minced garlic, salt, Grace Sweet n' Spicy Hot Pepper Sauce, Grace Vinegar, soy sauce and chicken stock and pour over chicken wings. Marinate for four hours or overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade and place on a greased baking tray and bake at 160°C/325°F for twenty minutes. (Cover with foil for more tender wings).
Baste occasionally with marinade to moisten and improve flavour.
To Serve: Serve with additional Grace Sweet n' Spicy Hot Pepper Sauce as a dip.
Recipe Note: en-GBChicken stock may be made by boiling 1 packet Grace Cock Soup Mix with 4 cups water. Strain and use as desired.
