Combine beer, soy sauce, ginger, sugar, Grace Guava Jam and Grace Tropical Rhythms, Guava Pineapple in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Pour into a saucepan and put to reduce by a half or until the mixture thickens.
Cut chicken breast into thin strips, wash then season with salt and pepper.
Heat Grace Vegetable Oil in a fry pan and use to stir fry the seasoned chicken breast for about 5 minutes.
Combine stir fried chicken breast with the reduced sauce and simmer for about three minutes.
Remove from flame and set aside.
To Serve: Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving plate, add cucumber slices, shredded carrots and beet. Spoon on the Guava Glazed Chicken Breast and garnish with orange and tomato slices.
