  • 3 stalk(s) escallion, chopped
  • 1 small cabbage, coarsley shred
  • 1/2 pound(s) Grace Frankfurters
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) Grace Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Grace Fish and Meat Sauce
  • 1 can(s) Grace Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) chicken seasoning
  • 4 medium tomatoes

Franks Vegetable Stir Fry Directions

  1. Chop escallion, coarsely shred cabbage, slice Grace Frankfurters and cut tomatoes into wedges, set aside.
  2. Heat Grace Vegetable Oil in a large frying pan and stir-fry escallion and cabbage for two minutes and then transfer to a plate.
  3. Add Grace Frankfurters to the frying pan, cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Then add Grace Tomato Ketchup, Grace Fish and Meat Sauce, liquid from the Grace Whole Kernel Corn, Grace Caribbean Traditions Black Pepper and Grace Caribbean Tradidtions Chicken Seasoning and simmer for one minute.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Combine the frankfurter mixture, the cooked cabbage, Grace Whole Kernel Corn and tomatoes, toss gently then serve immediately.
