  • 1 packet(s) Grace Spiral Pasta
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 stalk(s) escallion, chopped
  • 1 sprig(s) thyme, chopped
  • 1 pound(s) chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Grace Caribbean Traditions Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup(s) carrot, julienne
  • 1/2 cup(s) sweet pepper, julienne
  • 1/2 cup(s) tomato, chopped
  • 2 cup(s) Grace Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt

Creamy Vegetable Chicken Pasta Directions

  1. Boil Grace Spiral Pasta according to instructions on package and drain.
  2. Pour Grace Vegetable Oil into a heated skillet and saute garlic, ginger, onion, escallion and thyme for about 1 minute. Add strips of chicken breast and stir fry for about 3 minutes.
  3. Mix in the black pepper, carrots, sweet pepper, tomato, Grace Coconut Milk, salt to taste and bring to a boil. Fold in the Grace Pasta, stir and allow to simmer for 8-10 minutes.

    TO SERVE: Serve hot with a vegetable salad.
