Grilled Jerk Salmon

Salmon filet (skin on)

  • 2 Pounds Salmon filet (skin on)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Jerk seasoning (wet)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Grilled Jerk Salmon Directions

  1. Marinate salmon fillet with Grace jerk seasoning
  2. Olive oil lemon juice salt and black pepper
  3. On a grill on low-medium heat
  4. Place salmon filet skin side down grill it for 5-7 minutes cooking it 90% of the way
  5. Turn filet and grill for an additional minute or 2.
  6. Serve with a lemon wedge
