Heat Grace Vegetable Oil in a pan, add chopped onion, escallion and carrots, and saute.
Add water, cubed potatoes, thyme and scotch bonnet pepper.
Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes on a high flame.
Add Grace Caribbean Traditions Chicken Flavour, Grace Red Kidney Beans, Grace Baked Beans, Grace Broad Beans and Grace Caribbean Traditions Black Pepper.
Heat through for a few minutes.
To Serve: Serve hot in individual bowls with rolls or garlic bread sticks as an excellent accompaniment.
