  • 1 packet(s) Grace Spaghetti, boiled, drained
  • 1/4 cup(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 stalk(s) escallion, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) scotch bonnet pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cup(s) salt fish, boiled, flaked
  • 1 can(s) Grace Mixed Vegetables, drained
  • 1/4 cup(s) green sweet pepper, julienne
  • 1/4 cup(s) red sweet pepper, julienne
  • 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper

Labour Day Cook Up Directions

  1. Boil Grace Spaghetti according to instructions on package. Set aside.
  2. Heat Grace Vegetable Oil in a large saucepan and saute garlic, escallion, onion and scotch bonnet pepper, add tomatoes.
  3. Mix in the spaghetti and salt fish. Add the Grace Mixed Vegetables, sweet peppers and black pepper.  Mix well and leave to simmer for about five minutes.

    To Serve: Serve with cornmeal dumplings and a garden salad.
