Boil Grace Spaghetti according to instructions on package. Set aside.
Heat Grace Vegetable Oil in a large saucepan and saute garlic, escallion, onion and scotch bonnet pepper, add tomatoes.
Mix in the spaghetti and salt fish. Add the Grace Mixed Vegetables, sweet peppers and black pepper. Mix well and leave to simmer for about five minutes.
To Serve: Serve with cornmeal dumplings and a garden salad.
