  • 1 packet(s) Grace Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 1 medium sweet pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Margarine
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 can(s) Grace Green Peas, drained
  • 1 can(s) Grace Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup(s) Grace White Cane Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1/2 pound(s) tastee cheese, shredded
  • 10 large lettuce leaves

Reggae Boys Salad Directions

  1. Cook Grace Elbow Macaroni according to instructions on the package, drain and toss with Grace Vegetable Oil.
  2. Chop sweet pepper and onion and saute in Grace Hello Margarine.
  3. Cut carrots in strips, shred cheese, and set aside.
  4. Place macaroni in a bowl and add sauteed onion and sweet pepper, Grace Green Peas, Grace Whole Kernel Corn, carrots, vinegar, salt and black pepper and mix well.
  5. Add cheese and mix.

    To Serve: Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
