  • 3/4 cup(s) icing sugar
  • 3 ounce(s) Anchor Butter or Margarine
  • 2 tablespoon(s) white rum

Rum Butter Sauce Directions

  1. Sift icing sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add Anchor Butter or Grace Hello Margarine and mix together with icing sugar.
  3. Mix in the rum.
  4. Place mixture into a piping bag with a rose tip.
  5. Pipe rosettes on waxed paper and chill in a refrigerator.

    To Serve: Serve with Christmas Pudding, or your favourite dessert and decorate with red maraschino cherries and mint leaves.
