  • 4 cup(s) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg, grated
  • 1 cup(s) Grace Instant Oats

Stamina Punch Directions

  1. In a blender, add stout, evaporated milk and Grace Instant Oats, blend for 2 minutes.
  2. To the blended mixture, add sugar, vanilla essence, nutmeg and cinnamon powder, and then blend for another two minutes.
