Roll bread with rolling pin on both sides and trim.
Coat with Grace Cream Style Corn and then roll up Grace Frankfurters in individual slices. Secure with a toothpick (like a jelly roll).
Dip in beaten egg, remove quickly and fry in hot Grace Vegetable Oil.
Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
Recipe Note: Ripe plantain can also be wrapped with frankfurter.
