Fry Grace Frankfurters. Shred cheese and lettuce. Chop onion and sweet pepper.
Combine the pancake mix, Grace Cornmeal, 1/4 tsp. chili powder and salt.
Add eggs, whole milk and melted shortening and mix until smooth.
Using about 3 tablespoons of batter for each pancake, cook 12 pancakes.
Keep pancakes warm in the oven while combining 2 cups of cheese, Grace Tomato Ketchup, remaining chili powder, onion and green sweet pepper.
Blend well and spread on pancakes. Place a hot fried frankfurter across each prepared pancake. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and part of the shredded crisp lettuce.
Fold pancakes around hot frankfurters and encase using a toothpick, then serve immediately.
