How To Use

1. Combine 9.52oz (270g) Grace johnny cake mix with 2/3 cup milk. Add a little milk at a time until a firm dough is formed. (Set aside a small amount of the dry mix for use during hand kneading).2. Add more milk as necessary.3. Divide dough into 16 balls, approx. 1 1/2 tbsp each.4. Knead each one with floured hands for a few minutes.5. Press gently with palm of hands and flatten to 3 inch rounds.6. Fry in oil. Drain and serve hot.
